I have had a soundtrack behind me as far back as I can remember. I suspect many people are the same. This album came out of that recall — a soundtrack to be heard and hopefully deeply felt.
Jimmy Duke may not be the future of rock and roll, as Jon Landau proclaimed Bruce Springsteen all those years ago, but he is a facet of my future of rock and roll, and he ought to be in heavy rotation for you as well. This guy is the goods.
